Tweedledum and TweedlePeedie......

A girl and her hoond. Faithful companion.
We are thinking of getting another.....dunno if that will work or not. But, we're thinking. Well he claimed to be the brain of the operation, I'm only the food provider, driver and walker. And, I can't even claim to have any style either! Yellow and purple are not a great combo!

  1. Whyever not? Purple is just generally a fabby colour, and if you should ever end up head down in a bog, you'll be glad as anything of those yellow wellies! Love Peedie's expression in this shot, too!

    1. When gardening I think it does do to commune in colour with the flowers you are attending. I think purple and yellow might be my favourtie flower types.!

    1. Fun indeed - out on a walk to a different island - in the sunshine and having a wee sit!

    1. They are aren't they? He's more than just a number, he's my pal.

I love the photo too - I think the photographer was holding food however, so the photo more illustrates his cupboard love than keen activity!

    1. Yellow and purple are the new black. I think two dogs are the way forward and one that we all like. I'll call the man I got Peedie from - thats a first step! xx

  6. That is a great photo of you two!
Another dog? I think dogs are like people in that they need the companionship of their own species. Two dogs, twice the love, twice the fun! So unless there are other dogs nearby to socialize with, yes, begin looking for the right dog to add to your family.
    Have a great day!

    1. Lea lovely to see you, I think we'd get the same type. He's such a fun lovely friendly family dog - I'd highly recommend a cairn terrier and to be fair - he fits in so well with our lives I feel for him not having the company of 'his own kind'.

Although I think he might actually be an ewok - like in Star wars - if I talk to Linnew she might make him a suitable woodland outfit
      with cape and arrow box?........

I hope your day was great too!

  7. fantastic picture. I love it. Oh dear, nobody ever told me that yellow and purple dont go together. In my last home (where I actually gardened) it was my favourite colour combination in my planting schemes!

As for Peedie, well he is a bundle of joy. This is the first time in my adult life that I haven't had two dogs together. Just a case of them finding their place with each other. If Peedie is fairly laid back he will do just fine.
